Think Safety!

At Coppage, safety isn’t just a priority—it’s the foundation of how we do business.

We know that each project starts and ends with keeping our team members out of harm’s way. That’s why we take a proactive approach to safety, ensuring every worker understands that nothing is more important than getting the job done right and coming home safely. When we say “THINK SAFETY… OUR FAMILIES WANT US HOME TONIGHT,” we mean it. It’s a mindset that drives our actions and defines our culture, making Coppage the trusted choice for a winning team on every project.

Every member of the Coppage team is equipped with the training and tools needed to work safely. We require a minimum of 10 hours of OSHA training for all team members, while our management and field operations leaders hold OSHA 30 certification along with First Aid and CPR training. Our commitment goes beyond certifications; it’s about embedding safety into the daily routine of our work.

Hazard Recognition and Jobsite Planning

We assess potential risks and plan our tasks with safety at the forefront. Each job is carefully evaluated to identify hazards before work begins, ensuring that we’re always a step ahead.

On-the-Job Training

Safety isn’t just taught in a classroom—it’s reinforced on the job. We provide continuous training to keep safety practices top of mind, adapting as new challenges and tasks arise.

Jobsite Audits

Regular inspections are conducted to make sure safety standards are upheld across every project. These audits help us identify areas for improvement and reinforce our commitment to maintaining a safe working environment.

When Coppage is on the job, safety is built into every step of the process. It's more than a protocol; it's a promise.

"Coppage delivers on every promise. Their team’s commitment to quality and reliability made all the difference in bringing our project to life."
